Friends,

A Blessed, Joy-filled Easter to you and your family.

Jesus’s Resurrection is not only a historical event of cosmic consequences, but also of cosmic, and unfathomable meaning.

When Jesus rose from the dead is inaugurated the potential for Restoration to all things. When Jesus rose from the dead a whole new dimension of Life was revealed.

As Disciples of the Resurrected Jesus we’re invited to live each day in the AWARENESS of, well, living in this Restored World, this Kingdom of God. All of this is not to say that the world, or our lives, are perfect and without struggle or brokenness and eventually death. But, those struggles and brokenness and even, eventually, death is, or can be, oriented towards the Kingdom of God and living in the Kingdom of God now and in the age to come.

So, this, in a nutshell is Easter and this is what today means for us Disciples of Jesus Christ.

Enjoy this day and the family fun. But enjoy living in the Kingdom of God and live in the Awareness that you Redeemed and Restored and one day, you, and everyone you knew and know and love and loved will be True and Full Citizens of Heaven. World without End. Amen.
